Description
It has an amber yellow colour with amber reflections. A mix of Bramble, Ailanthus and White Clover nectar patiently collected by bees and transformed into this precious honey.
- Aroma: unripe peach flavour and notes of elderflower.
- Flavour: pleasantly sweet with scents of muscat grapes.
Pairings
With slightly seasoned soft cheeses or to sweet fresh fruit centrifuges. In the kitchen, it is excellent in the preparation of baked goods or in marinating trout or arctic char.
