Description
Quite thick and with a dark amber colour this honey is the combination of the honeydews of pine and beech wisely collected by bees together with the nectar of spontaneous high altitude flowers:
- Aroma: strong scent of ripe fruit with resinous and smoky notes
- Flavour: medium sweet with hints of caramel and barley malt
Pairings
for breakfast combined with natural yogurt and fresh fruit, or combined with grana trentino. Excellent as sweetener in coffee. In the kitchen it’s used as ingredient to sweet and sour vegetables or to enrich game meats.
