    Arrival and departure times

    Check-in: the rooms are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival
    Check-out: on the day of departure the rooms must be vacated by 10.00

    Cancellation policy

    For a full refund of the deposit, the cancellation of the reservation must take place at least 15 days before the arrival date.

    In case of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival the full amount of the deposit will be retained.

    In case of no show or early departure we charge 100% of the total amount.

    Tourist tax

    Tourist tax € 1 per person per night.

    Booking Engine

    In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 15 days before arrival 40% of the total costs will be charged.
    In case of no show or early departure 100% of the total amount will be charged.
